As we all are familiar with the  current  covid -19 pandemic , we have noticed how the digital business strategy and e-commerce sites are blooming more than other . there have been lots of changes in the way of starting a business to running it , changes in the way of doing marketing and dealing with customer.
Among them one one of  MLM is a network marketing strategy in which independent representative of any company sell the product and service of third party .

Inspite of doing marketing through newspaper, pamphlets or any tv advertisement , it uses the power of network of people around the globe or the power of its representative for marketing its product or services among their peers and then selling it from them.

so ,how MLMs work ?

knowing about its working phases , it came across the activities like:

  • The plan: it includes strategy  on how to fulfill company's goal and what is the roadmap for company's marketing and compensation plans.
  • Sponsor: it refers to the representative who  recruits another person into the business. For example, MLM member A recruits member B into the business. Member A is the sponsor and is responsible for training member B.
  • Recruit: This is a person involved into the business by a sponsor as a new member. Recruits are trained by their sponsor or other more experienced representatives.
  • Downline: These are the recruits who are  brought in below you.
  • Upline: This consists of the sponsors or business members  who came in before you. For example, if rep A recruited rep B, who recruited rep C, who recruited you, your upline is C, B, and A.
  • Compensation plan: it incudes commissions on sales made by you and your team,  bonuses and increase commission splits based on sales volume that you can make individually or with your team.
