connecting with your client online

lets talk about sell funnel .

funnel is a way to represent customer's journey towards purchasing your goods or services .

as they moves towards the purchase of goods or services , at the top is the widest part of the funnel which goes on shrinking and at the bottom part only few will be the ones who will purchase your product. so  it is a  must  to be aware and  to know about the domain of targeted customers and how to influence them as fa as possible to bring them into the level of taking action for purchase.

this shape reflect the fact that large number of people will not complete to the journey of purchase. Though you expose your product or service to a lots of people but only few people will be interested in them and even few will buy it. here we have divided funnel into 4 level.

At the top is the awareness .in awareness  people should be made aware about what they are going to buy as well as who is offering it including its features , benefits and operating measures.so your first step is to introduce your brand keeping in mind that there is always competition in the market and how you can represent it in more exciting , peculiar ways.

In second step there is interest  in which the client begin to explore about the product and get as much information as they can about it in detail including past feedback and reviews too.

next is the decision level   which is also known as  consideration .that means customer wants to buy the products or services but it may not be yours brand or service.

the last step is action in which they finalize to buy product from your company or from others or may not purchase at all.

so being based on this you must increase our domain of customers  providing them multiple best choices could be the better way to catch your customer.
